Gut of the Irish

Last night we fed upon a traditional home cooked, Irish feast. Colcannon, steamed cabbage and pan fried chicken with bacon and onions and a side of mustard. Delicious.

All three items are incredibly easy to make.

Colcannon 

Fried Cabbage

and the chicken you just throw in a skillet along with half a sweet onion and a few strips of bacon. Fry that till its good ‘n’ done and then enjoy.
